In 2012 we opened a new, modern warehouse oriented towards adequate inspection and shipping logistics with a capacity for over 2,200 pallets.
We have an internal extrusion line that includes tempering and the preparation of monofilaments of different materials, such as polypropylene and nylon fibers.
We have chosen to adopt Electric Machine Technology as our growth platform in the injection process because of its accuracy, cost reduction, and productivity. Today we have over 29 of the latest generation injection presses with clamping forces ranging between 85 and 550 tons. We process more than 500 tons of plastic per month and have experience in commercial resin processing, as well as engineering.
We are currently developing technology for in-molding labelling.
We use top notch European technology for the manufacture of brooms and brushes and have experience in the use of natural and synthetic fibers inserted into plastic or wooden bases. We have fully automated the inserts, finishes, labeling and packaging processes of our high-volume lines to ensure high productivity and consistent quality.
